mY LifE

I have seen castles made out of sand. Met people who believe destiny is engraved on the palms of their hands, I have seen people changes their faith, Experienced love changes into hate, I have seen people grow younger with age, and a bird who wouldn’t fly out of an open cage, I have seen love sold for money, people who are devasted inside but outside they are funny. I have seen the unicorn falling in love with the toad, people who earned half the city have now hit the road, I have learnt to expect the unexpected, and perfection doesn’t exist. We all are flawed. Everyone cries, some just hide the tears. They say coal turns into diamond into a thousand years. Someone may believe u are one in a million, for another you are just one in a billion. So live life with all that u have, cherish all ur moments. Feel blessed with what u are…

CHAKRATA RIDE

14 th Feb. 2010. The happiest day of my life. On this day I got what I dreamed of for almost 9 yrs. A black beast known as royal Enfield. I remember of my school days, when I used to look at every Royal Enfield (bullet commonly known in Punjab) with a shine in my eyes, but there was always a feel within that it’s not the right time yet. Well the time came on Valentine’s Day last year. Call it a coincidence but I got my love on the day meant for lovers and ever since our love has grown even more.
This love was initially ignited by BOP (Bulls On Parade, the motorcycle club of which m a part now). I used to read there travel stories on RE website. This became my fantasy.(i do have other fantasies also).. The excitement of going to a new place every time with ur fellow riderz and the feel of adventure and unpredictability  it holds is something I was always looking for and then SUKRUT SIR added fuel to the fire. One day out of nowhere he offered me to try on his MACHISMO 500. The moment I kick started the that beast, blood was rushing at its double speed in my veins. Not much time passed after this, when I kick started my bullet and at that very moment I felt as if we both are made for each other.
Now coming to the Chakrata ride. It was a long desire of mine to visit this place. I came to know about the beauty of this place from BOP stories on RE website. Sukrut sir’s life was also gng ride barren from the past 1 year. I asked him just once and “I AM IN” came the instant reply. I must admit that he is the man whom I have been looking up to from the day when I met him first him. A hunk in every aspect. Aril 9th & 10 th were the final dates and room was booked in hotel Himalayan Paradise, one of the only two options available in Chakrata to stay. At the last moment me and sukrut sir decided to opt for Mussourie route as it will give us some more mountain riding and hardly we imagined what was lying ahead.(also it gave us the opp. of checking out some hot chicks in mussourie)  And then vibhor paaji (from BOP) called and asked me to ride with them as he was heading towards shivpuri on the same day with his friends. The night before the ride me and sukrut sir were drunk as we went for a rock concert. But on the contrary we both were on our feet before time. We reached Akshardham at the 5.00 AM. And met other riders. The road trip began with a loud sound of 6 bullets and 1 pulsar 220. Canal route was taken to reach Khatauli and as usual it was boring. We stopped at Muzzafar Nagar for breakfast. It was the usual tandoori paranthaas, butter and tea to add on breakfast. While we were enjoying the supper,  a south Indian family stopped at the same dhaba and the entire family especially the kids were excited to see the bikes lined up. Two girls were posing with my bullet.(i was overwhelmingly happy to see this)  First I thought of asking them for a short ride then I dropped the idea by looking at the size of the man standing with them.
From there we headed to Roorkie and overthere we decided to carry on with vibhor paaji till the farthest point. Everyone stopped at the last theka before Haridwar as it being a dry city. Garry and Vibhor paaji insisted us both to come with them to Shivpuri but we preferred to visit Chakrata.( vibhor paaji m sorry for this). They bought booze over there and this could have been sufficient for the entire month and these guys were to finish this in just two days. HOLY FUCK. The moment me and sukrut sir reached Mussourie the only thing running in our mind was beer and food. We went to the Tavern bar and restaurant. The best bar in entire Mussourie but a bit high on prices and we both have had gala time over there. We were still on Mall Road when Sukrut sir felt to dump and he decided to return to Tavern.(when he came back he told me that the moment u dump the feeling u get is something better then after sex feelings)  For the next half hour I sat on my bike and checked some hot stuffs over there. I was literally interested in honeymoon couples, as they are always HOT and READY.
Then we started our journey towards Chakrata and it was on this route that I got my dream pose with my bike. It was like an orgasm to me.(i think i will get it for the right reasons also).. I loved it. Mussourie to Chakrata is really very scenic and picturesque but the roads were not in good condition. Some stretches reminded me of Jubbal ride where it took us 7 hrs to complete 50 kms. we reached the Chakrat at 7.30 pm. It was indeed very beautiful and the moment u reaches their u read the sign saying “NO FOREIGN NATIONALS ALLOWED”.
We moved towards our hotel and it turned out to be a really decent place with a very humble owner. And every one knows what could have followed. Tables were settled out in the open and it was quite cold. And soon signature came on the table. And this was followed by 2.5 hrs of bhakchodi and dinner and at last lot of snoring. In the morning I woke up by the sounds being produced by sukrut sir. Man, he was loud. I wonder how abhilasha didi (his wife) manages. Anyways we were ready by 7.15 am and were having our breakfast out in the open when I thought “is baar baarish nahi hui”. After 5 mins I was cursing myself for saying this and this reminded me of Nishant paaji ( from BOP) whose rain effect brought rain even in Kuwait. (I think Punjab government should hire him for his rain effect services during paddy season.. paaji think about it. U will roll into money)
At about 8.15 am rain slowed down a bit and we moved only to stop a few km later. It rained heavily thereafter and then hell broke on me. My bullet refused to start. Its accelerator wire got jammed. I stood in the rain and after 2 hrs of endless efforts it started with some jugaar and then I took it to the mechanic. In the entire town of Chakrata there is only one bike mechanic. Finally we left from there at 12.00 noon and reached Delhi by 9.30 pm. And it was really an awesome ride. Wish to visit Chakrata again.
In the end as I always say CHEERZ TO THE JOURNEY CALLED LIFE and Nishant paaji always say till then ride safe and have safe .......
